Introducing the $20 Challenge
A little from many can do a lot!
What could happen if everyone who believes in the Suzanne Haskew Arts Center (SHAC) and public arts programming gave just $20?
This year, we’re finding out!
We’re excited to introduce The $20 Challenge, our end-of-year fundraising campaign built around a simple idea: we don’t need a few people to give a lot, but everyone impacted by our organization to give a little.
A $20 gift might not seem like much on its own. But when friends, families, neighbors, members, supporters, and community members all pitch in, those $20 gifts can add up to something truly meaningful.
$20 × 100 people = $2,000.
$20 × 250 people = $5,000.
$20 × 500 people = $10,000.
That’s the power of a community coming together.
Your $20 helps develop new public art programs, classes, scholarships, supplies, events, and our new and highly successful Village Arts Festival. More importantly, your participation helps ensure that the SHAC can continue creating opportunities and serving our community in the year ahead.
Here’s the challenge:
Give $20.
Invite a friend to give $20.
Share the challenge.
We’re not asking everyone to make a major financial commitment. We’re asking everyone who can to make a small commitment that, together, can make a big difference.
So, are you in?
Take the $20 Challenge and help us show what happens when a community gives together.
