Ages 2-5 years old. Parent-Tot Art Class. CREATE and PLAY. We will have different stations for children to choose from. There will be both planned art projects stations and open-ended creation stations. Please dress for mess! Adult stays with child for duration of class. Register for each child who will be attending.

Instructional Teen Art Studio

Calling all teen artists! Join us for a creative after-school escape in our new Instructional Teen Studio, a monthly three-week class designed to explore a different medium each session. Whether you're just starting your artistic journey or looking to sharpen your skills, this class offers hands-on instruction, individual guidance, and time to experiment and grow.

December Focus: Acrylic Painting

Class begins at 3:30 PM on Mondays, making it a convenient option for students—we're just a short walk from Muir Middle School!

All supplies provided. Come ready to draw, learn, and connect with other creative teens.

Wednesdays from 10am-11:30am. A 9 week course covering elementary art curriculum (ages: 5-12 years old). Drawing, watercolor, pastels, oil pastels, colored pencils, clay, found object sculptures, color wheel, etc . Supply list will be provided (2 students could share most supplies). Create your own festive fused glass night light or tealight candle holder—the perfect handmade décor or gift for the season. Under the expert guidance of Laurie from Kiss My Glass, you’ll learn the art and magic of working with glass to bring your unique design to life.

🧑‍🎨 No experience needed – just come ready to create!

🔥 Projects will be kiln-fired and ready for pickup in 10–12 days (you’ll receive an email when they’re ready).

👨‍👩‍👧 Open to ages 12 and up. Kids must be accompanied by a paid adult who can assist with glass cutting.

Ornament Bar at the SHAC! ️

Join us Saturday, December 13th at 10am for a cozy, creative morning at our Family-Friendly Ornament Bar! Choose 4 ornament designs and make them your own with paint, ribbons, and beads — perfect for your tree or as heartfelt handmade gifts.

We’ll have fresh coffee brewing, cheerful holiday vibes, and plenty of inspiration for all ages. Come get festive and make some memories together!

Kristel’s Cookie Creations will guide you through each step of the process in decorating custom cookies. This class is perfect for all skill levels. By the end of the session, you will have learned basic piping and flooding techniques and will go home with a box of beautifully decorated cookies. Ages 5+ (1 ticket per pair)
